Give a Cheer
Due to the location (TN), boots, and family's love of the country/farm living I looked through my Simple Stories collection and chose this cardstock for the background. Since it alread "included ephemera" I just had to add a few, more personalized touches. First I added the strips at the top. The blue one is from the part of the cardstock that got cut off to make it 12x12, the other two are washi tape. I used a roller to punch holes for the hearts, then embroidered them with red which was also chosen to mat the photo. The title was taken from cricut phrases. I chose it because the swoops and swirls would fit perfectly, espectially around the hearts. Finally I added the 2 tickets on the right for balance.
