Hi There! We all have lots of pattern paper, so lets use it to our best advantage. Pattern paper is much less expensive than embellishments, so using it to decorate a scrapbook layout makes sense.
With so many patterns on the scrapbook paper, I didnt need to add many embellishments to have a fun layout. The key is layering busy paper, which adds decoration, with solid and tone on tone paper that gives the eye a place to rest.
