I finally finished making my style cards from a Stampin' Up kit, Light the Candles Card Kit. Here is card #6 that I made. I got the idea from one of Diana Gibbs alternative cards on her blog, Stamping with Di. She took the laser cut candles and used them for a different card which left her the background sheet of the strips. She used one of the chickens from Hey Birthday Chick stamps by Stampin' Up. To change mine up a little I found a panda set that I thought was perfect. The music stamps come on the stamp but I stamped them by themselves so I could place them where they needed to go. I added a banner and a circle for the sentiment. This card reminded me why stamping is so frustrating to me. I made enough stuff to make like 8 cards but with all my stamping mess ups I ended up with 3!! So I ended up cutting my own strips and putting Wink of Stella glitter brush on them.
*to see the rest of the cards go to the gallery* In total (with duplicates) I was able to make 31 cards!!
