Ugh! I couldn't believe our microwave after less that 3 years! We paid a ton of money for the fancy trim kit for that microwave, and I refused to buy another new one if these darn appliances can't be relied on to last more than three years, so I ended up added piece of word to trim the opening up myself. Thankfully I still had the same cabinet paint leftover too.
