My goal was a homey, country feel. Even though the photo was in a pet store, I didn't want to focus on animals. I started with the yellow gingham from Simple Stories. I always tend to go horizontal so I purposely cut 2 different width strips from Farmhouse Summer papers, and outlined one with blue glittery washi tape. I was originally going to mat the photo on the red cardstock but I decided to tilt the red rectangle for fun and give the layout movement. I cut the ribbon to size and made the bow. Finally, I added the watering can and pennant stickers. I didn't add a title because its already in the photo.
