I created this LO according to the requirements of the Scrapvivor2, Wk. 5 challenge.

Journlaing: What is my "Love Language?" What keeps my love tank filled? Hmm. Good question. I'm not really a physically affectionate kind of girl, except for when it comes to my children. They get all the hugs and kisses they can stand and then some.
With my friends and family I am not terribly affectionate and I’m not real good at SAYING how I feel either – unless I’m angry. Then words and feelings don’t seem to be a problem. I don’t really need to HEAR how they feel about me either. I’d rather have time to spend with my friends just talking and laughing and hanging out. There is nothing better than a great Girls' Day/Night Out catching up on each other's lives and dishing on all our problems. It's so therapeutic!
When it comes to my FAMILY I prefer they show their love by acts of service – helping me. I can't stand it when they all sit around and watch me take care of everything. Ask me if there is something you can DO for me or HELP ME with. Clean up your messes, put your clothes in the hamper, vacuum the floor, do the dishes, close the cabinet door when you're done or throw in a load of laundry without me having to ask or beg you to do it. I don't feel appreciated when I am working around the house or picking up and everyone is sitting around watching me as if I somehow owe it to them to clean up after them. Offering to HELP me or just DOING IT for me shows me I am loved and appreciated and that my efforts to take care of my family are not going unnoticed.
What I do KNOW is that I have different love languages depending on the relationship I have with someone. What I also KNOW is that I have to be careful to pay ATTENTION to the love languages of my family and friends. I tend to DO for others to show my love and then get upset that they don’t "get it." I must remember that it takes different things to keep their love tanks filled and that I must ADAPT to what they need as much as I want them to ADAPT to what I need. This is not an easy task. But I am trying.
