Today, I am sharing a card that I created using the "French Blue" collection. When I saw the envelope ephemera from this collection, I decided to use it to make it a memory keeper card instead of a regular card. I made a cut in the envelope ephemera for the photo mat insert and created a composition around it by layering flowers and die cuts.
