These are pics of our four kids down at their Aunt Susan's house in Florida back in June 2001. They were 10, 12, 14, and 16. I used Echo Park's Splash collection for this page. The green border is ribbon. The strip behind the title was cut from pp and then I layered circles to create the sun. The striped scallop border was made using scallop scissors, then I added Nuvo drops for the dots. The bottom border was also cut from pp using small scalloped scissors.
