Today I am sharing an altered hoop that I created in the spirit of Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Inspired by the rich cultural celebration of Dia de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday dedicated to honoring deceased loved ones. For this project I used a mix of bright beautiful Prima Flowers.
