I cut the silouette of CT using my cricut. I used blue cardstock since the state flag is blue. Before placing it on the white cardstock (for contrast) I outlined the white cardstock with yellow striped washi tape with anchors. I trimmed the photos so they would let the siloutte show and placed them accordingly. I chose red mats to tie in with the colors in the photos. I included one photo of the sign at the beach for journaling when we look back at these memories. The title replaces the word "sure" with "shore" since these photos were taken at the Connecticut shore.
