Very nice LO! I sure hope that I look as good as they do, as well. Heck, I don't think I look that good now. Oh well, back to the LO. I like the flower A LOT! I would like to see a little of that bluish color from the flower somewhere else. Maybe the photo corners Robyn mentioned or as a mat for the photos. I just find myself looking for it. This is really beautiful: pics and page!

Hi Cindy! While I am loving the simplicity (and the flower, natch) I can still see some room for more on this one. I think it's the overlapping of the pictures that's getting me on this. Could do with some photo corners on the top picture to soften up the contrast of where the two pics meet. I even think I may have switch the overlap and made the bottom pic come over the top... Could have also added a few black doodles around the flower to bring in a little more of the black in her jacket. Perfectly lovely as-is though!

I like the colours but I think that the flower should be bigger to make it stand out more. I would also matt the pics.

I actually don't see "Christmas" at all when I look at this so I would only have caught on by what you added. If you are working on something similar when the colours aren't working for what you have in mind, though, you could try converting the photos to B & W or sepia tones. I do that a lot when I'm unhappy with the colours or if the background in a photo is too colour-cluttered--the B & W neutralizes that.

Hi Lucy .. I like the colors here but I would have liked to see the swirly paper on both sides. Like a bigger square. I would like to see the white photo corners repeated here to unify the gift album. Love that hand cut flower, it's really nice.
