Awww...perfect memory page. I am so sorry for your loss of Jasper. It is never easy to let go of your fur-baby. People say in time it will get better. I lost me sweet Emily of 6 years old, put to sleep a year ago and she still weighs heavy on my heart. She had cancer.
This is beautiful! I love the black and white theme. I am sorry for your loss. I miss my cats that have passed on. It does help me to remember them in this way.
I know how much it hurts to lose a much loved cat, I am so sorry to hear that Jasper has crossed the rainbow bridge. You put all your emotions into this beautiful tribute to Jasper. What a wonderful way to remember him!
Oh, Adele, as a fellow cat-mom, I am so very sad and sorry for your loss. Jasper was a beautiful kitty. I am sure Gremlin and Gizmo (my past 2 cats) were at the gates to greet him when he crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
For November Scrap Your Pet and Daily Inspiration (day 24) challenges. This layout took me a while to get started, not because I didn't know what I was going to do with it but because it still makes me very sad at losing Jasper. The photo I used is the last one I took of him, a few days before he passed. The bottom is a sympathy card from our vet's office, with Jasper's footprints included in it and the other card we received from the veterinary college advising us that our vet had made a donation in memory of Jasper to the Companion Animal Research Fund (the photo on the card, not of Jasper, was taken by one of their current students).
Background: black cardstock Scraps for frame and strip Title: Thickers "Vera" vinyl stickers Paw stamp: All Night media "cat dreams" Sakura gelly roll pen for hand-written lettering and pawprint stamp Circle letters (on cardstock behind bottom card for journaling our favorite memories of him) are from MAMBI clear sticker set
