I wanted to do one last layout before I travel to Germany. So when my son sent me this photo of Mortimer yesterday I just knew I had to use it.
Don't ask - nobody knows how Morty managed to frazzle and burn his whiskers. He is such an independent and mischievous spirit that seeing him like this does not surprise me at all. He must have used up 8 of his 9 lives already.......Luckily he is okay and I am sure he has already managed to charm his way into getting plenty of TLC and treats.
I used up a scrap paper pieces, including the banner. It was a left-over piece for some bunting I made for our family gathering last year. I just added the perforated border. For the title I drew letters onto a scrap piece of card I used to brayer off acrylic paint for another project. I outlined the letters with black Posca pen and fussy cut them.
