This picture of Tamarix was taken along the canal on North Dryden Road quite a few years ago. It was so beautiful that year I couldn't pass it up!

First, I used Prima The Plant Department for the cardstock. I fussy cut the arbor pieces and inked them up with Tim Holtz Victorian Velvet then raised them up a bit with foam tape. Next, I used Tim Holtz Flourish Layering stencil with homemake texture paste and when it dried I stamped a couple of American Crafts Noted Stamp set before putting down my cheesecloth, as well as Teresa Collins acrylic stamp #2 (music), TH Baseboard Lace frame and Reneabouquets Large Twisted Chain beautiful board that was given to me by Lisa. I embossed it with Stampendous Shabby Pink. Then I added the flowers and leaves from Hobby Lobby, beautiful beads and micro pearls from Reneabouquets.

I added old paper from a book dated 1904, some clear bubbles that I cut out the paper to back it, also from Prima Plant Department, and an old K and Company flower. The lace, trim, and metal pieces were all from my stash! Lastly, I added Reneabouquets beautiful butterflies.
