Quick Simmered Green Cabbage and Apple

For my 8x8 recipe album of quick yummy recipes. This is perfect for winging it and adjusting to any number of servings. For me, I ended up just using a small half-head of cabbage and one apple. Add a little more cider vinegar for tang or less if tang is not desired or depending on the sweetness of the apples. I didnt have celery seed so I used celery salt (when does anyone use celery salt?!) and reduced the regular salt.
