I used 3 different patterns from Simple Stories America paper. Two patterns are cut in 3 inch strips, one is cut in a 6 inch strip. Navy blue washi tape covers the seams. The largest photo was trimmed to a 5" square and matted on dark blue glitter cardstock while the remaining photos are matted on navy blue cardstock. A pinwheel was made to coordinate. The title was cut from light teal vinyl and put on an outset of velum, but cut using cricut.
