We're back from our Germany trip and isolating at home after testing positive for Covid. Luckily we did not pass it to my Mum, she's tested negative and is as sprightly as ever. Our symptoms are fairly mild and our lovely neighbour sorted us out with some basic shopping.

I started this layout before I went to Germany and completed it today. The inspiration came from my new favourite red hoodie that has this sentiment printed on it. The BG is 49 and Market (Plum Grove - coloured Foundations 4). I used AALL & Create washi tape and stamps (Shattering #713) as well as Visible Image (Don't Judge and Knitted). The heart was created from a scrap piece of acrylic paint card (a brayered background for some of my Christmas cards) and outlined with black and white Posca pens. I drew the heart beat line and triple embossed it using Versafine Clair (Glamorous) and Distress embossing glaze (fired brick). And I actually hand stitched some scrap vellum pieces to the paper, a first, and I like the result. The title was stamped (Darkroom Door Alphabet Medley DDRS026) on white card, then cut into irregular pieces and outlined with black posca pen.

I am preparing one last LO for this year then it is time to catch up on all the postings I missed while I was away.
