Journaling:
Air conditioning? Now way! You love to cool off in the pool.

Technique:
I used a sheet of stencil film (with a blue tint) as part of my background. The tinted film really adds to the "water theme." I painted circles over the top using a home decorating stencil. A regular transparency could also be used, but I prefer the stencil film because it is much thicker and comes in a variety of colors. It can be found at most craft stores.
