Series of Surprises

The first surprise was when I learned a classmate from high school moved into my neighborhood (Manny, far right) and invited me to see a mutual friend (which was the second surprise) play at a local bar. The second surprise was we were seeing David (to the right of me) play; David and I go back to either grade school or junior high and I hadnt seen him (or his wife, a high school classmate) since we all graduated from college. The big surprise, though, was running into Jeff (far left) who. happened to be in town from Lake Tahoe. Jeff and I go back to 5th grade. Serendipity!
