Journal: How to make homemade cookies: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, milk powder, salt, and baking
soda and whisk to mix. Set aside.
Mix in granulated sugar, powder sugar, and softened butter.
Add in eggs, vanilla, and milk.
Mix in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
Chill the dough.
Bake cookies and let them cool.
Then, Enjoy!
