February Monthly Card

Slimline card 3.5"x9"
I die cut the elements, and paper pieced them. Drew a small heart on the tiny envelope. Inked yellow behind the windows to look like lights.
I adhered packing tape to red cardstock to make the balloons. Drew on the strings.
Stamped hearts on the envelope.
