This is our youngest, Benjamin, at a Valentine's Day party at his preschool back in 1996. He has his back to the camera (purple sweatshirt with train appliqued around bottom). The circle was made using Spellbinder circles on the Cuttlebug. The hearts at the top were stamped. The larger hearts were cut by hand and the I added the white border and did the tiny scallops with decorative scissors. The large tag in the right corner was fussy cut and the backed with red, again adding the tiny scallops with decorative scissors. The top teal border was punched with a Stampin' Up punch. The rest is stickers. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
