I die-cut the heart balloons and and used my Cricket Joy for the clouds and title. I started with a subtle backgroud with some script on it and layered my clouds first. I die cut my heart balloons 3 times, once in white (for the outline) and ince each in pink and blue for the center and the heart balloons. I scored down the center if each if the larger ballons so they woyld fold up for dimenson. I then splattered the hearts with som white and gold paint before placing them in the cut out. I finished with a title which I cut on my Joy 8 times and glued on top of each other to create a 3D effect.
