Untraditional Valentine's Day card

I created the background by inking it in several of Tim Holtz Distress oxides in blue tones then around the edges with black. I sprayed it with a bit of water and dried it then again went around the edges with some black. I cut all my images from Mixed media paper and used oxides to ink those up. I used foam tape to pop up the moon and earth. Some shimmer was added to the stars and Dotted throughout the background.
