Give a Cheer
To create this card I cut out my die cut pieces from watercolor cardstock then used Distress watercolor pencils to add the color. I cut out a background and lightly colored it with watercolor pencils then went over it with water. I dried my background then stamped and embossed my sentiment onto that. Next I glued my card front to my A2 top fold card base. I then added my die cut images. I used sequins for the hearts and flower centers. Last I added tiny gems to the birds eyes.
