Boy did I have fun with this one! It got a bit messy and was also a learning curve. I wanted to achieve ink drips/runs that stay where I wanted them to stay - yeah right.....Still, I love the outcome. I lightly applied some matching distress oxide inks with brushes all around the edges to soften them. Additional water splatters add to the "wet" look. I added a cloud and used glossy accents on the rain drops.
