I used one of my favorite dies to make the base of this card. It's from Marianne Designs, Anja's Lacy Folding Circle die set. The image is from a digital set I bought and downloaded. I used 2 shades of blue Bazzill cardstock from my stash. The flowers are from an old die that I cut apart. I added Copic accents. I printed the sentiment on my computer.
