Beautiful layout. That's just like you to take that card like that. heehee! Say, Tex, I've done a lot of horseback riding in my day, but I would never ride a horse dressed like that, and without boots. Ouch!
Is this a paper scrap? I am still trying to work out this new system...they have put a star beside this because????? Anyway, what is it with you and the bizarre traveling companions you take? And I am not talking about DH!! You tell the funniest stories amiga ( I love the famous quote at the bottom!) Great photo....really looks like an advertisement!!
You are sooooo funny! Love the LO, and the journaling! Wonderful story! I imagine that toting the card around is somewhat easier than the rocks, but you're the one doing the toting!! Love the picture of you on horseback!! Looks like a lot of fun!!
Journalling reads: "This cute little pink card is a piece from a card game my parents own called "Brown Bag". I used to take it with me when I travelled so that no one had to get 5 wild cards while I was away.! My brother David also took it on his travels many times. (We always did this on the sly, but it came to be expected of us.) This is me holding it on a horse in Pto Escondido, Mexico. It has also been to the top of the Eiffel tower; the beaches in the south of France; the casinos of Monte Carlo; the top of the Jaguar Temple in Tikel, Guatamala; to Copan and Tela in Honduras, to Japan, Singapore and many other parts of Asia, Europe and North America."
