The focal panel is a scraplift of a card created by Tracy Evans (Boutique Designs). She created a 4x6 panel for a 5x7 card. (YT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOYUKqpmcnA&t=284s)

I masked off my 12x12 cardstock to work on the middle section using acrylic paint and a brayer to create my background. I also used some thin washi tape as a "frame". Stamps are by Tracy Evans, Words are by Visible Image. I used distress oxide inks on the borders.

We have a small Salix tree (weeping willow) in our garden that looks absolutely gorgeous at the moment. It is covered in bursting buds that fluff up and look like little bunny tails. I love it!!!
