I started with two of the patterned papers from Spellbinders - Rosie's Studio - Card Maker's Kit: a light green and a colorful heart patterned paper. I used A2 rectangle dies to cut each piece just a little smaller than an A2 card. Then I trimmed the green paper at an angle and adhered it over the other patterned paper using tape runner. I adhered both to a heavyweight cardstock and popped them up on an A2 card base using foam tape. I used the Scrapbook.com Birthday Banners dies to create a pink and yellow birthday banner. The pink cardstock comes from the Sprinkles Smooth Cardstock Paper Pad and the yellow is from the Daybreak Smooth Cardstock Paper Pad. I diecut 2 layers of cardstock for the base of the banner and for the letters to add dimension. I glued them to the top portion of the panel and then added heart and "wonderful you" puffy stickers from the kit to add extra interest. I love how quickly this card came together and I love how all the embellishments tie in so nicely with the patterned paper.
