I love these rustic, shaggy but docile beasts! And you normally do not see them much in the area where I live. But there is a farm in the Cotswolds that keeps highland cattle and in their farm shop you can read all about this hardy bread and even pet them.

I used a lot of Basic Grey papers for this LO, cut the letters from wisteria paper (the tiny purple blobs reminded me of horns) and added faux stitching.
