I originally planned on making this an Army/West Point layout but chose to use these papers because they incorporate the school colors black/gold/grey without being obvious. I started with a 5 inch rectangle of black gingham and the title/journaling rectangle. I then incorporated bits and pieces of coordinating papers from in and out of the line to make a collage of black/gold on the rest of the page. I used the turqoise rectangle and photo mats to add something different and make the photos stand out. I finally added stickers with sentiments. The title fits with the focus of the photo being in the sun.
