Hi, Happy Birthday Card

For this card, I used a Hi cover plate and cut it out 5 times to get the 5 different colored sections. Then I piece them back together and added coordinating pops of color in each section. I also took a happy birthday stamp and stamped it in coordinating colors on the background too!
