I used the Scrapbook.com glitter pens and fell in LOVE! Look at all that shine! Just pens for coloring, no additional color used. I cut out the center of the balloon embossing folder from SimonSaysStamp with the Waffle Flower lg HEY and adhered some packaging to the back. Layered it with foam tape and filled with SSS holographic rainbow sequins. I used a ready made sentiment strip for its your birthday loved the way it turned out.
