I love this design! I also love the colours you used and your neat stenciling. The image is beautiful, I love the mermaid surrounded by the fish.

I used a fish stencil and blended in distressed oxide, uncharted, mariner, with a blending brush. I then stamped the mermaid with hero arts intensified black
I then heat embossed the seaweed, blinged them up a bit with some glitter lacquer. I raised the sentiment and color slightly the sea shells
