Journaling: Abandon swing railroad bridge over Yazoo River, near Redwood, MS. Built in 1944 to replace a drawbridge built in 1905. It was to replace a drawbridge that originally was built in 1905. My grandfather, William, helped build this bridge. The bridge is no longer in use.
