Background is distress oxides on watercolor paper. Chopper was made with shape stamps from a Gina K set (matched general shapes and filled in with a black fine line marker to make the chopper - used the pointed oval and the dashed lines from the set).
Sentiment is from a American Crafts hip stamp hooray set, don't remember where I got it. Then outlined all with the fine line marker.
