A picture of my youngest and her best friend when they were in High School at a skating competition.
This is for the Use Your Scraps Challenge - Everything is scrap accept 2 pieces of cardstock White(with the stars) and Navy (background).
I cut the stars out of a white background and the title with my Silhouette then layered up scrap papers behind them.
