I used coordinating patterns from Simple Stories Wildflower to make choices easier. First I made a pattern of where I wanted the papers, cut in triangles, to go. I then used that pattern to cut the triangles from the real cardstock. If you are not flexible, remember to flip either your pattern or the cardstock to ensure the paper goes on your chosen side. If the papers don't like up perfectly you can hid that with the way you place your photos. After attaching the strips of paper to a white cardstock I matted the photos in a similar yellow to that in one of the patterns. I kept the layout simple since I'd used 5 different patterns of cardstock, adding the title in black vinyl to stand out, and some journaling strips. Since the bottom seemed too empty I decided to add a pink gingham ribbon. Mimicing one of the patterns prevented this from being distracting. Finally I added 2 coordinating stickers from the same line.

FYI - If you are stuck on titles type a topic in the search bar, in this case "girls", followed by free SVG's. I upload these to my cricut and group them by themes. They can be used with other cutting machines as well.
