When we finished zip lining, we went to the Sloth and Monkey Sanctuary. They tried to tell us that they were putting the sloths to bed but I begged our guide to get us 2 minutes with the sloths. We first met the monkeys who were extremely well trained and shoulder surfed all of us. Then we got to go see the sloths. They were so timid and shy and all they wanted to do was go to their handlers. The sloth I got to hold was named Precious, and she lived up to her name. It was heart melting. They were so loved and cared for. It was a dream come true.
