I've been thinking a lot lately about gratitude and how importnat it is to have a grateful heart. One of the most important things that I want my kids to learn from me is thankfulness. We are all blessed in so many ways and we need to reflect our blessings and truly be thankful for them. It's easy to be thankful when everything is going great and you're coasting along, but is especially important to have a greateful heart when things are going wrong, when life seems to be burning you upside down. It's times like that when we need to remember our blessings and chose to be happy.
