Stunning! Love the over all design. Those pps are gorgeous! That photo is to die for. Such a beautiful baby and the angel wings are perfect. Love the haziness of the photo!
Oh my goodness. This is absolutely magnificent. I love that pic to pieces, and all the embellie work is just...just PERFECT. And that paper!!! I am in love with it!!! I should buy it so i can scan it - lol!
The photo is precious as is the layout! It seems we really can always find someone with greater troubles can't we. Such sad stories. Your little Alexia IS and angel. Beautiful layout!
This is gorgeous! I hope you included your personal struggle in the journaling, so she'll have it someday. No-one's problems are insignificant... just different from others. Oh... and I love that rub-on with the bling!
This is so FABULOUS. What a cutie Alexia is! Love her name, when I have baby number two someday (lol) that is one of the girl names I love. Love the journaling!
What a beautiful pic of Lexi! Love the title and the swirls. You made a great point with your comments on the lo. It's easy to get caught up in our day to day routine and complain about the little things-we sometimes forget how fortunate and blessed we are!
Karin, this is just stunning!!! I have always loved this pic of Lexi, along with the one of Jess!! I see them every time I am at Krissy's on her entertainment center!!! And every time I tell her how beautiful they are!! I am glad you are scrapping them, I think I even asked her when you were going to do that!!! This is so beautifully done, with the pp, the flourish, the fabulous stamping, and journaling!!! I love the crown in the title, too! Just amazing, I love it to pieces and can't wait to see Jess'!!!!
Karin, this is YOUR best LO ever!!!!! How beautiful she is and she really looks like an angel with your touch of an artist. The paper, the flourishes and the stamping all around this magnificent piece of art, (who knows what else....) it's just breathtaking!!!!! Oh, and the journaling.........WTG Junior!!!
What an absolute cutie-pie, that photo is a stunning!!! and you certainly did it justice with this l/o...did you put a rub-on on the title letters, it looks so pretty and intricate!...and I'm always drooling over your chipboard accents...another page into my favs :D
What a lovely story Karin...and a good reminder to us all about counting our blessings (no DCP evident here!) That photo is just gorgeous and no wonder you were waiting for the right inspiration. You have done it justice. Lovely pp and got the KK swirly doos happening again - love it! Exquisite!
This is soooo pretty!! Love the angel wings and all that hair!! (That's amazing...I had another bald baby!) Beautiful paper choice and I love the scroll! Just everything about this is "oohh, ahhh"!!
ahhh perfect. =o) When I saw the thumbnail pic of this I was like, 'HEY! Where'd the flower go?" but now that i've opened it up larger... it's perfect. That flourish fits just right, the colors are SO right, I love the little crown stamp with gems and I AM SO LOVING that paper you printed the journaling on~! (do I have that)? Yes.. this is GORGEOUS and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
Beautiful! Love the flourishes and rubons, perfect accents to that beautiful pp...and of course that beautiful baby!! I can't believe how much hair she had at 2 months!! Meg was bald until she was 18 months old!! I love your hidden journaling peeking out from behind the picture...Just Beautiful!!
This is my daughter, Alexia, when she was two months old. I have been wanting to do something special with this picture for quite some time, and when I saw Elijahsmom's "Angels" layout, I knew I would be using that as inspiration- it's beautiful! The journaling behind the photo reads: "God sent an angel to Earth from above, to a mommy and daddy with hearts full of love. They hoped and they prayed for a miracle, it's true. God sent and angel, and Alexia she's you." I was going to include how difficult, and heart-rending it was to get pregnant with her, but after hearing that a mother lost her 6 month old baby to SIDS this weekend- after two miscarriages (thanks, Krissy!), and after seeing a beautiful layout last night about a single mother (sgoetter) who lost her husband while she was pregnant with their third child-I just couldn't bring myself to whine about my simple, non-existent problems. I am so grateful and thankful for my beautiful family.....and Alexia is still my precious angel.
