This is a perfect example of how one photo can make a page pop with some great uses on patterned paper. I love hearts and thought that by using the heart in this manner I could then pair LOVE with it and the photo and not have any journaling....because the photo and the layout speaks for itself. Don't you think? The serene colors, the flow of the work LOVE, the sea glass colors in the buttons....black and white photo......ahhhh....and (SIGH).....This is my favorite layout lately.....it just moves me to look at it. I used a brown paper lunch sack, stitching, buttons, and some creative lettering (of my own handwriting). Metallic chalks on the word "love" makes it look pearly when you see it up close. The subject in the photo is my husband and I used the left side of the photo with him turned to let him look over the ocean. The black and white photo alone is moving with him and his awesome shades. This is a cheap and easy layout. It lets you shed some light on your own creative outlook.
