Haha! This is so funny and reminds me of my brothers! I hated it when they did this and they would do it when mom wasn't around! Great lo using just kraft paper! I still need to use the sheets I bought!
Hillarious - my partner is 35 and still does it too ..I figured knowing my mother in law as I do that it has to be a genetic thing and that the teaching of manners does not change the need of the male to be gross at times!! You are doing a fine job as a parent and a kick **** job of scrapping!
This is great! I love the colors and I like how you layered the photo's and broke it up with the blue. that's pretty! I love the journaling strips and how you cut them not so straight is awesome! I love how you painted the background and the title looks awesome! Awesome job on this!
This one was is so great. I love the color combo and the journaling stripes (I think I will never stop liking journling stripes). The pic is too funny.
Yikes~! Don't ya just hate that!! We have a rule here too, "No drinking out of the carton"! But this is definitely a 'caught in the act' moment!! LOL~~! How funny!!! Love it!
Thanks to all who left me comments on this layout, i lost them when i transferred from scrapvivor gallery, but i sure appreciate you taking the time to take a peek. Description: WEEK 6: "WRAP IT UP Welcome to Week 6 of Scrapvivor2! Remember when I said you would need a piece of kraft cardstock? Now would be the time to locate it. I've been thinking about packages and my favorite kind are the ones that come wrapped in brown craft paper with a little string tied around them thereby not identifying in any way what might be inside I love the anticipation and surprise - especially if it contains scrap goodies! Now for the FUN STUFF: REQUIREMENTS: 1. Create a 1- or 2-page LO using: 2. KRAFT cardstock as the background 3. ONE other dominant color of cardstock plus either black or white as an accent - NO patterned paper 4. at least 1 photo 5. a visible title 6. visible or hidden journaling (handwritten, computer-generated or a combination of both is fine) 7. string, hemp cord or fiber NO RIBBON- criscross on edge of photo, light blue fiber 8. at least one metal embellishment - brads 8. THEME: something unexpected, surprising or hidden I chose *Surprise* ___________________Journaling Reads__________________ What do you mean, “What is backwash?” “Who taught you this?” or a better question, “How long have you been doing this?” These were the questions out of my mouth One evening when I walked into the kitchen to This sight!!! Just when I thought 9 years of Teaching manners had sunk in, here we are. I thought it was a given, I guess not. So back to square one…. “Always say please, Always say thank you, and now I’m telling you, DON’T drink straight out of the milk carton!” - Love Mom. TFL!!!
