Hidden journaling behind photo:Bill and Linda met in college when they worked together at McDonald’s. They became close friends and moved to California together for two years. When they moved back to Michigan, they shared an apartment here. Their romance was on-again, off-again, but they were always friends. Finally, Linda had had enough of that. She moved back to Mom and Dad’s for a while and then bought a house with me. At the time we bought the house, Linda was pregnant with Amanda. We closed on the house in November and Amanda was born in May,1993. From the day Amanda was born, Bill basically moved in with us. And a year later, Linda sold me her share in the house and moved back in with Bill, this time in Grass Lake. Eventually, they bought a house together, but it wasn’t until Amanda was seven years old that they finally got married. They flew to Vegas with Dan and Theresa, and Mom and Dad to witness the ceremony. When they returned, they had a small reception at Weber Inn for the rest of the family to join in the celebration.
