I like how you have used a range of different photos from different times and made them work together with the paper and the embelishments. The journaing strips work really well. My only suggestion is to make the title bigger so the heart isnt the first part of the title you see. Very nice clean lined LO.
Hi Annie! Very nice indeed. I love the age-progression idea and the way you horizontally cropped the photos. I can totally see some matting behind your title phrases, especially on the right page. Maybe that same bright yellow or red would work well too. This would take up some space and make them pop much more, I think. I would also have used the same number of eyelets on either side for more balance. About your title on the left side, I would have made it much bigger and bolder and, I agree with Brenda about the heart. Something inside there would be great. Other than this, I like the nice clean lines and the theme of this one. Good job!
Cute lo and good placement. I'd like to see the handwriting in the heart done in white, instead, so that it stands out more. I noticed that the wagon and frog have a border, and would like to see the teddy treated the same. Also, I think the initials would pop if they had orange mats.
Annie Bananie, this LO is so cute. Your DGS is going to cherish this so much as he grows. I agree with K, the photo LO is great. I love that each embellishment has meaning. Especially, the eyelets! The fact that they are from his GGMs sewing box is absolutely precious! Nice job!
I like the angles you put .. this is awesome photo placement and I love how you made this layout your own. Great putting the journaling in a mat the size of the photos too!
I would have lowered the title a little bit, but great layout!
A Boy for All to Love: This is my youngest Grand Son, Logan Alexander and why we all love him. Some of the pictures darkened on screen. The teddy bear embeli goes with the one on his blanket, the wagon goes with the fact his favorite toy at my house is the Coca Cola red flyer wagon, great, great Aunt Grace's teddy bear, the frog...he's all boy. The eyelets are from his great great grand mother's sewing box,
