there are vellum sprays. You can also use brads or ribbon to pin them down. Also if you are putting a picture overtop of the vellum, I put my adhesive behind the picture. There are lots of ways to get vellum down.

2nd page of my Trek experiments! What's the best thing to get vellum to adhere that won't show through? The scan is sparkly, like foil...my page isn't really like this.
