I made this for myself - the c is purposefully not embellished much because I already did the layout and have a place for it. Used basic grey chipboard letter for pattern for the C. Put DCWV patterned paper on chipboard and cut with a sizzix to make the tag. Die cuts on the tag are quickutz.
