Here are the newer things my nephew can do at the age of 9 months:
"You are crawling--and climbing! You can climb all the way to the top of the stairway.
You sometimes try to sing.
You have mastered the art of sitting. You sit up on your own - no wobbling or falling to the left or right.
You often pull yourself up into a standing position. You do this in your crib when you wake up and Mommy and Daddy think it is so cute to see!
Ouch! More teeth coming in means that now when you put someone's finger in your mouth you bite! Your upper left front tooth has come through and more are on the way.
You shake your head "NO" a lot.
You give kisses.
You are chattier and sometimes say "da-da-da" nonstop.
You have even more precision in your reaching and grabbing. You can grab your sippy cup and drink from it when you want and you can pick up food (like a raisin) and put it in your mouth."
