The wheels on my bike go round and round (two)

This is the version of this LO I am going to keep. Although the original one was okay, something did not feel right to me. The coloured letters for Round and Round are Sizzix. I outlined them in white gel pen and gold paint pen.The O in "Round" is a circular tag that I changed to look like a wheel with a brass fastener in the middle to hold it on the page. The red and white swirl behind the word "and" is a sticker.These are the changes: I changed the background by tearing sandy textured paper to look like more "hills". I scored diagonal lines through the card backing with a scalpel and wove beige, cream and yellow striped paper in and out (these strips were cut in triangles to get the effect of going from small to big as it neared the foreground of the LO. I doodled with gold paint pen on the cream strips. I made a circle (sun?) using the same papers and attached it with a brass fastener.
The black dome letter stickers are on the same yellows striped paper to match and to make them stand out a bit better.
I added more detail to the "wheels" in the words 'Round' and made the word GO stand out more by using gold dome sticker letters. The journalling is now in gold pen up the left, along the "hills" and down the right again. I am glad I bothered to try weaving as I think it looks quite effective and I feel happier about this LO now. The doodling (as in the original) will be repeated on a new LO sometime I guess...TFL..I ope you all enjoy this one! The journalling reads: Petta and Matty came to visit in October 2006. Althouh yu were not yet walking they brought you a bke from Germany. With a little help from Daddy you balanced really well.It will so much fun when you are more able!!Get ready, get set, GO!!!!
